✅ Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Refunds apply to products purchased directly from furbabyfanatic.store only.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚚 Shipping Costs

🐾 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
